Return/Exchange Policy

Bless Hanz takes pride in our products and strives for the satisfaction of each customer. If you believe
you received a faulty/damaged product Bless Hanz will attempt to accommodate our customers as best
as possible. There will be no refund issued for open and/or used products unless the product is proven
defective, arrived damaged, or otherwise unusable. Please note that it is imperative that you supply us
with the correct shipping address. Bless Hanz will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered
packaging once it has left our careful hands. Please allow additional shipping time for products ordered
during peak season (i.e. Christmas, other major holidays and Bless Hanz sales).
A typical refund will take up to 21 days, with up to 7 days for a bank issued refund. If an order was paid
with a gift card, store credit or a voucher, a replacement or the value of the refund will be issued. We’ll
strive to keep you updated as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when the
refund is processed.
If you choose to return via any method other than one of our chosen carriers (options given when
arranging a return), you will remain responsible for the item(s) until we receive them, and we will not be
liable for providing a refund if we do not receive your item(s)
